Larry, Shannon, and their adorable daughters are a lovely family in their own right, but their entire shop, including their customer service members and mechanics, are all like an extended family. I photographed all of them, chatted with each of them, and they are unlike any service shop I've ever met; warm and down-to-earth people.

Their shop is also amazingly clean, kid-friendly, and the customer lobby area (with wifi) and restroom are top-notch.
