How much time do you spend with each person?
I recommend 10-minute timeslots for each person. We can discuss your situation and accommodate.
How much time will the entire session take?
On location, I arrive one hour before I begin photographing to set up my equipment. Then approximately 10 minutes per person to take several portraits and for them to choose their favorite(s). And another 30 minutes to pack up.
How much space do you need?
My preference is 10'x20' of cleared floor space and 10' high ceilings. But I have worked in smaller spaces and it depends on what you want your final portraits to look like. If your space is smaller, let's discuss and I can give you options. Typical places are conference rooms, any open area, and lobbies (you may need permission from your property manager, and I am insured if they ask). I have also photographed in a parking lot in the shade with a studio backdrop. We can make it happen!
Do you offer hair and makeup?
Yes, I have a couple of hair and makeup artists I work with. Full makeup is $200. Hair and makeup are $250 (pricing subject to change). Light hair and makeup touchups for your entire team helps them feel special and cared for. $450 for a half day. Please inquire!
Can you provide a W9 for our accounting department?
Absolutely
Our property management requires insurance. Can you provide that?
Yes, I have insurance and can provide a copy of the coverage if required.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay by major credit card online, ACH, or by check. A 50% deposit is required up front to secure your session date(s) and the balance is due after your session but before final images are delivered.
What are your COVID safety protocols?
I believe that COVID safety matters and I am fully vaccinated. I'm happy to discuss how I can make your team feel safe and comfortable.
What format are the images delivered in?
All images purchased are delivered, via an online download, as JPGs in two versions: high-resolution and web-resolution. If you have specific file requirements, just let me know.
Do we own the images?
The pricing in this calculator is for purchasing a full commercial usage license. You may use the images wherever and for however long you wish. I retain the copyright. I may not sell or give them to others without your express permission. I would love to use them in my marketing but only if you provide me permission to do so. You may purchase the copyright for 100% more of your total.

How many people can your studio accommodate?
The El Dorado Hills studio is a residential home with a fully dedicated and professional studio set up. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people at a time in the studio, and more can wait their turn in the front room. You can choose to schedule individual appointment times for your team (on the same day) so there is no more than 1 person in the studio at the same time.
The Sacramento studio is at an office building across from the Golden 1 Center. It can accommodate up to 3 people at a time in the studio and more can wait their turn in the outside lobby. Your team can show up together or at different time slots that fit their schedule.
